The way we see it, boxing and kickboxing are easier for people who are NOT in Martial Arts at all to conceptualize striking over grappling.


Kickboxing is a stand up art with goals of staying on our feet to damage our opponents with strikes. We use Punches, Elbows, Kicks and Knees. The Head Coach Andrew Kerfoot has been doing Kickboxing and Muay Thai for about 17 Years. Our goal is to impart this knowledge that i have gathered over all of this time to my student base.

In general, when it comes to defending ourselves in the real world, Jiu-Jitsu isn't always the best choice of martial art to rely on. In most cases it is best to stay on your feet, know how to move, know how to damage people with strikes and defend yourself in the process.


These are the things that people will be learning in these classes.
